For care & support providers
Property compliance services for care homes and supported living.
Coordinate property-safety assessments, statutory examinations and critical HVAC, pump, drainage and water-infrastructure maintenance across multi-site care estates—planned around residents, care delivery, site protocols and provider governance.
The operational problem
Property compliance should support care—not disrupt it.
In live care settings, planned work, access, evidence and urgent findings must move clearly between site teams and central oversight without creating unnecessary disruption.
01Each location holds different certificates, assets and next inspection, test or review dates.
02Servicing and statutory examination records are easily confused.
03Access must work around residents, routines and site protocols.
04Central teams need a reliable view without chasing every site manager.

The responsible organisation must identify which requirements apply to each premises. These official sources provide the starting point for scope, competence and evidence decisions.

What stays visible
Traceable property evidence at site and provider level.
- Records attached to the correct site and asset
- Due dates surfaced early enough to plan
- Findings prioritised and assigned to an owner
- Servicing and thorough examination shown separately
- Outstanding evidence visible to central and site teams
Working in the real world
Plan compliance around occupied, sensitive settings.
Site contacts, access windows and escalation routes are agreed before attendance. Urgent findings are communicated through the defined provider process so the appropriate dutyholder can determine the next instruction.
- Agree access, safeguarding and site protocols in advance
- Work through a named location contact
- Plan around resident routines where practicable
- Escalate urgent findings through the agreed reporting route
Technical scope
Relevant property-safety and building-service workstreams, clearly defined.
We establish the instruction, agree access and reporting requirements, then coordinate only the specialist workstreams expressly included in the scope.
Fire safety
Premises-specific risk assessment, evacuation planning, fire-door and system support shaped around residents, staffing and continuity of care.

Questions
Clear boundaries. Practical answers.
Compliance Plus supports the management, delivery and evidence around property-safety duties. It does not transfer the legal responsibilities held by relevant dutyholders.
Can we start with a small group of homes?
Yes. The Five-Home Property Assurance Review establishes an initial property-evidence baseline and proposed delivery scope for up to five homes before any technical workstream is instructed.
Do you guarantee a regulatory inspection outcome?
No. We support the property-safety evidence and delivery programme; we do not guarantee regulatory inspection outcomes.
How are urgent findings handled?
The escalation route, responsible contacts and approval boundaries are agreed before work. Urgent findings are communicated through that route alongside any reporting or safety action required by the relevant discipline.
Can work be planned around residents?
Access and site protocols are agreed in advance, and work is planned around routines where practicable. Any safeguarding or DBS requirement must be confirmed in the agreed scope.
Five-Home Property Assurance Review
Establish one evidence baseline before commissioning wider work.
Start with up to five homes and the property records already held. We will structure the evidence position, surface material gaps and define the next specialist instructions.
- A five-home property assurance index
- Prioritised gaps and decisions
- A defined route to the next workstream
Desk-based property-evidence review only—not a site inspection, risk assessment, certification, legal opinion or prediction of a CQC outcome.
