Modern UK property portfolio

For facilities management companies

Compliance services for facilities management companies.

Add coordinated specialist capacity across fire, damp and mould, asbestos, water hygiene, gas, electrical, HVAC, LOLER, pumps and drainage—mobilised to defined scopes and returned as client-ready evidence through the reporting route your contract already uses.

The operational problem

Protect SLA and contract performance without creating another management layer.

When statutory inspections, asset PPM and reactive findings follow different processes, contract teams absorb the handovers, access failures and reporting gaps. We provide a controlled route from defined instruction to issued evidence.

01Separate specialist suppliers create repeated handovers and inconsistent reporting.

02Client deadlines, site access and escalation routes vary across every contract.

03Missing or poorly labelled evidence slows monthly reporting and contract assurance.

Sector regulatory context

The duties and guidance that shape the property programme.

The responsible organisation must identify which requirements apply to each premises. These official sources provide the starting point for scope, competence and evidence decisions.

Sources include jurisdiction-specific and Great Britain-wide requirements as labelled. Requirements differ across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Reviewed 26 September 2026. This is not exhaustive legal advice or confirmation of compliance.

What stays visible

Contract-level assurance grounded in site and asset evidence.

  • Scope, status and next planned date by site and discipline
  • Required evidence attached to the correct site or asset
  • Findings separated from further instructions awaiting client approval
  • Access, escalation and reporting responsibilities recorded

Working in the real world

Fit each technical workstream to the contract you already manage.

We agree appointment boundaries before mobilisation, coordinate the required specialists and return information through the reporting route your contract team needs.

  • Confirm scope, reporting format, responsibilities and escalation routes
  • Coordinate specialist visits with site teams and agreed access controls
  • Return structured evidence, open actions and programme status

Technical scope

Relevant property-safety and building-service workstreams, clearly defined.

We establish the instruction, agree access and reporting requirements, then coordinate only the specialist workstreams expressly included in the scope.

Compliance Plus coordinates the agreed programme and evidence. Appointment does not transfer legal or contractual duties held by the FM provider, client, Responsible Person or another dutyholder; boundaries are recorded before mobilisation.

Controlled mobilisation

Prove the delivery model on a defined scope.

Begin with one site, one discipline or a selected property cohort. Scope, access, responsibilities and reporting are agreed before any wider programme is considered.

Define the first scope
  1. 01Review

Map requirements, dates, records and priority gaps.

  2. 02Mobilise

Set scope, access, responsibilities and service dates.

  3. 03Coordinate

Manage the agreed workstreams and control the resulting evidence.

  4. 04Report

Confirm report status, findings and the agreed next actions.

Questions

Clear boundaries. Practical answers.

Compliance Plus supports the management, delivery and evidence around property-safety duties. It does not transfer the legal responsibilities held by relevant dutyholders.

Can you work as a delivery partner under our FM contract?

Yes. We can agree client-facing boundaries, communication routes, reporting requirements and approval controls before mobilisation. The appointment does not transfer your contractual obligations or the client’s legal duties.

Can we trial the service on one site or workstream?

Yes. A defined site, discipline or small property cohort can establish the scope, access process and reporting standard before wider rollout.

Can you follow our reporting format?

Where agreed during scoping, evidence and status information can be structured around your contract reporting needs. Formal certificates and specialist reports retain the format required for their discipline.

Which areas do you cover?

Coverage, service availability and any specialist access requirements are confirmed against the proposed estate schedule before appointment. Where portfolios cross jurisdictions, the applicable legal regime is identified during scoping.

Complimentary scope and evidence review

Turn the immediate requirement into a defined first instruction.

Begin with one site, system, service or a small redacted schedule. We will identify obvious evidence gaps, time-critical items and matters requiring specialist review.

  • A defined initial scope
  • A concise priority summary
  • A recommended procurement route

Desk-based review only—not a site inspection, risk assessment, certification, statutory report or legal opinion.

Request an initial schedule review

Start with one site or a defined estate sample.

No files are needed at this stage. We’ll contact you to agree a proportionate initial review.
