Safe environments
Supports a clear account of how environmental risks are identified, controlled and followed through across the estate.
Official CQC statementMulti-site care-home groups · property assurance
A fixed-scope review for multi-site care providers. Compliance Plus turns the records already held across five homes into a management-ready assurance view—then provides a clear route to deliver priority work.
Built around existing records. No resident or service-user data required.

Evidence, not inspection theatre
CQC may gather evidence on-site or off-site and says it does not want providers creating documents purely for an assessment. The stronger operating position is a property-safety programme that is already clear, current and followed through.

Where the review fits
The review organises evidence relevant to the agreed property and equipment scope. Care quality, medicines, staffing, safeguarding and CQC’s independent judgment remain outside it.

Official CQC guidanceWhat the £750 scope includes
We work from the agreed, redacted records your team already holds. Technical validity, site conditions and any required follow-on action remain subject to the relevant competent specialist and agreed scope.
A five-home view across fire, water hygiene, electrical, gas, asbestos and LOLER where applicable.
A practical forward schedule built from supplied dates so work, access and decisions can be planned earlier.
Open findings and evidence gaps organised around priority, ownership and the decision needed to close them.
A concise leadership summary of the current position, exceptions and next actions, mapped to the relevant property scope.
Seven working days to a usable view
No software change, data migration or resident information is needed. We agree the input set and intended management use before the delivery clock begins.
Confirm the five homes, pressure point, decision-makers and whether the fixed scope is suitable.
Receive a practical request list and share only the agreed, redacted property records.
Index the evidence, programme the dates and organise open actions into the four agreed outputs.
Review exceptions, decisions and the optional route to mobilise priority technical work.
A commercial guarantee with honest limits
If the agreed property assurance index, 12-month programme, action schedule or management assurance brief is incomplete at handover, we correct it at no charge. If we still cannot provide the agreed outputs from the agreed records, we refund the review fee.
The guarantee covers completion of the four agreed desk-review outputs. It does not guarantee legal compliance, the technical adequacy of third-party records, completion of follow-on actions, a CQC rating or any regulator’s decision. Before you engage
This is a property-assurance offer for provider-controlled care settings. It strengthens the evidence and operating trail around the agreed estate scope; it does not replace the provider’s governance, competent assessments or legal duties.
No. It is a focused review of property-safety evidence and programme control. It does not assess care quality, medicines, staffing, safeguarding, clinical governance or the full CQC framework.
No. CQC alone determines inspection and assessment outcomes. The review helps leadership organise and evidence the property-safety controls relevant to the agreed scope; it does not promise a rating, approval or legal compliance.
It can be. The review is designed to give quality, operations and estates leaders one consistent property-assurance view without replacing their governance processes. We agree how the output should fit the reporting route already in use.
Only the agreed, redacted property records for the five homes. No resident, patient or service-user information is required. We provide a practical request list after the fit call.
The fixed offer is designed for provider-controlled residential settings such as care homes. Property responsibilities for domiciliary care are different, so that would need a separate scope rather than being forced into this review.
Yes, where agreed. Compliance Plus can define the next instruction, coordinate appropriately competent specialist input and keep the resulting reports connected to the action schedule. Every assessment, inspection, test or service remains subject to a separate written scope and quotation.
Start with a fit check
Tell us how the estate is structured, where the records sit and what leadership needs to see. We will confirm whether the fixed £750 review is the right first scope.
The review is not a CQC assessment, site inspection, formal certification, legal opinion or guarantee of regulatory compliance. Any technical delivery is agreed separately.
