For multi-site organisations
Multi-site property compliance programmes with controlled scope and reporting.
Compliance Plus coordinates statutory workstreams and asset-led HVAC, pump, drainage and water-infrastructure maintenance across property portfolios. Regional coverage, specialist requirements and reporting standards are confirmed before mobilisation.
The operational problem
The operational risk often sits between sites, suppliers, technical reports and follow-up actions.
Property and compliance teams need specialist work completed without losing visibility of scope, access, evidence, approvals or the next due date.
01Different sites hold different records, asset information and renewal dates.
02Multiple specialist workstreams create hand-offs, duplicated administration and inconsistent reporting.
03Findings can remain unresolved because evidence, ownership and approval are not connected.
04Senior teams need a reliable exception view—not another folder of reports to reconcile.
Discuss your estate scopeWhat stays visible
A management view from portfolio status to supporting evidence.
- A defined scope and schedule for every agreed property and workstream
- Competence and service evidence matched to the relevant site and asset
- Due, overdue and unclear requirements visible before they become urgent
- Findings recorded with ownership, approval status and the evidence required for resolution
- Consistent exception reporting for property, operations and compliance leaders
Working in the real world
Mobilise around the way your organisation already operates.
We agree sites, assets, access, approval limits, escalation routes, regional coverage and reporting before delivery begins, then coordinate the agreed programme through one accountable service contact.
- Start with one workstream, one region or a defined property cohort
- Use existing asset and supplier information where it is reliable
- Coordinate delivery around occupied and operational buildings
- Scale only after the scope, service standard and reporting rhythm are proven
Technical scope
Relevant property-safety and building-service workstreams, clearly defined.
We establish the instruction, agree access and reporting requirements, then coordinate only the specialist workstreams expressly included in the scope.
Fire safety
Coordinated fire-risk, passive-protection, life-safety-system and maintenance workstreams, with premises-specific scopes and portfolio reporting.

Questions
Clear boundaries. Practical answers.
Compliance Plus supports the management, delivery and evidence around property-safety duties. It does not transfer the legal responsibilities held by relevant dutyholders.
Do we need to transfer our whole estate at once?
No. Most programmes should begin with one defined workstream, region or property cohort. That establishes the scope, delivery standard and reporting rhythm before any wider mobilisation.
Can Compliance Plus work with our internal property or compliance team?
Yes. We agree responsibilities, approvals and escalation routes at mobilisation, then provide the accountable delivery layer for the workstreams placed within scope.
How do you manage specialist competence?
The required competence and registration are defined by discipline and scope. Relevant evidence is checked and recorded before work is allocated, and the resulting reports are controlled against the correct site and asset.
Can you coordinate open actions as well as recurring services?
Yes, where the source finding, required next step and approval boundaries can be clearly defined. We can track actions and coordinate separately scoped specialist input where available; the relevant dutyholder and competent person retain their respective legal and technical responsibilities.
What information is needed to start?
A property list is enough for the first conversation. Existing schedules, asset lists, reports and open-action logs can then be reviewed in a controlled, redacted form to define the first practical scope.
Complimentary scope and evidence review
Turn the immediate requirement into a defined first instruction.
Begin with one site, system, service or a small redacted schedule. We will identify obvious evidence gaps, time-critical items and matters requiring specialist review.
- A defined initial scope
- A concise priority summary
- A recommended procurement route
Desk-based review only—not a site inspection, risk assessment, certification, statutory report or legal opinion.
